We guarantee that all products you buy are free of defects or you may return it immediately for a new replacement. If your item was damaged during shipment, please contact us and we will send you proper instructions on how to file a claim.
There is a 30% restocking fee and shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned or refused packages.
There is a 40% restocking fee on non-damaged items that are returned after the 10 day period.
There is a 50% restocking fee on non-damaged items that are returned after the 10 day period on ALL Traction Products.

After receiving the above information we will provide a PRE-AUTHORIZATION & CODE. Once you receive your code you MUST put the code on the Outside of the package. If there is no code on the returned product we will refuse the package.
Refunds and Financial Adjustments:
All financial adjustments are process 48 hours after final approval. Authorized returns must have the above required information. Once processed, e-mail will be sent with details of the transaction.
· Orders that are shipped outside the United States might incur custom and sales taxes. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for these additional fees at the time of delivery. If a shipment is refused we will deduct these fees from the refund which will be added to the normal restocking fee.
· In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If your payment has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to the amount of the charge. In order to capture as much detail in our images for your benefit, actual size may be different than the size they appear in the site due to extreme close ups of the images.
Warranty, Damage, DOA and missing parts
· If a product arrives damaged or DOA, you must contact us immediately. If the product needs to be replaced, you will need an authorization code to ship the product back for review to determine the appropriate action.
