TENS Unit Stimulation – stands for Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation. Pain, whether chronic (long-term) or acute (short-term, often from surgery or trauma), can be relieved through a variety of methods including drugs, topical ointments, surgery, and electrical stimulation. T.E.N.S. devices deliver mild electrical pulses through the skin to stimulate the cutaneous (surface) and afferent (deep) nerves to help control pain. Unlike drugs or topical ointments, T.E.N.S. does not have any known side effects.

I have purchased a few TENS/EMS units in my life. I have Spinal Stenosis (entire back is messed up for LIFE). The Combo Professional Digital TENS and Muscle Stimulator is the first product other than the one my PT uses that reduction my pain from an 8 to a 2 in about 20 minutes. I use this unit about twice a day for an hour at a time. Doing so provides continued relief for about 4 hours.

I have been using a TENS Unit for about 20 years. The one I have is from one of the major manufactures and cost over $700 and their current model still cost in that range. This unit from Medical Products Online does everything my older model does and MORE. The price is an absolute steal. Order extra electrodes as you only get four with the unit. I wear mine from about 8am-5pm each day and it cuts my low back pain perhaps 70% or more. You cannot go wrong on this purchase. Good luck.

This has got to be one of my best purchases. This machine is a star! I had a torn labrum and hip arthiscopic surgery,I was in a lot of pain. My therapists uses the same machine. I couldn’t believe I found this so cheap. I use it 2 or 3 times a day for 1 to 2 hours and what a difference it’s made for me. No more co payments!!! This machine paid for itself while providing much needed pain relief.

I bought this in December of 2007 and has been working like a charm ever since,I use it when I get severe back and neck pain it really has been a live saver. I saw one at my chiropractors office and thought if I bought one maybe I could save money by seeing him less and just using this,I still need to go to him for adjustments but it has made it so I only need to see him once or twice a year which this item has basically paid for itself,beats paying 100 dollars to see my doctor every month. I use this device twice a day to provide the pain relief I need. Its wonderful to just relax again this unit works and hope it works for you.

Hi,Recentely I moved to Fort Mcmurray,Alberta,Canada. While lifting my luggage my neck muscles streatched in bad way. And then pain started in my shoulder,left are and neck. Started PT. Doc. was using TNS machine and I asked him if I buy it from him. He told me it costs 200 $ and it doesn’t have battery charger or batter with it. So,I checked through internet and I found this unique product. Believe me it really works. My pain has almost gone and I am saving money that I was paying to physiotherapist.
